How do I place an order?

- When ready, open your cart and select Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your contact, shipping, and payment details — or use an express checkout option to autofill.
- Click Pay Now to confirm your purchase. That’s it!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Alipay, and Shop Pay (pay-in-full or installments).
Local currency pricing
For customers in the following countries/regions, prices on our site are shown in local currency and include duties & taxes:
Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, European Union, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
This means no surprise import fees upon delivery. The checkout total is the final amount you’ll pay.
Shipping fees
We use a simple flat shipping fee by destination. Orders over USD $50 ship free.
Gift wrapping
We don’t offer custom gift wrapping at this time. If you’re sending a gift, note that we don’t include invoices or pricing paperwork inside the package.
How do I update or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and you’ve received a confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible. Please check your details carefully at checkout, especially if you are paying through an Express Checkout option (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay).
No changes can be made once a shipping confirmation email has been sent or a tracking number has been created.
Update a shipping address
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request an address update by contacting our team. We’ll do our best to make the change, but please note that our warehouses often fulfill orders the same day they are placed, so updates may not always be possible.
Cancel an order
If your order has not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation. As soon as a tracking number has been assigned, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Edit an order
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request edits such as quantity adjustments. As with cancellations and address updates, our ability to make these changes depends on whether the order has already entered fulfillment.

All orders may require one to two business days to process before shipping, regardless of the shipping method or delivery address. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are processed on the following business day. Please note that processing times can be longer during peak seasons, such as holiday periods or limited promotions.
Delivery Window
The estimated shipping time for most destinations is between seven and fifteen business days, depending on your location and local carrier networks.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. You will receive automated email updates at every stage: confirmation of shipment, notice when your order is out for delivery, and final confirmation once it has been delivered.
If tracking information seems delayed or unclear, please first check directly with the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@sagaframes.com and our team will assist you.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over USD $50. For smaller orders, any applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, your package will be redirected to a nearby pickup point. You will be notified and given instructions to either collect the package yourself or arrange a re-delivery.
60-Day “They Smile Or It’s Free” Guarantee
You may try your frame for up to sixty days. If your grandparents don’t love it, simply return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
Condition for Return
Please return the frame and accessories in good condition. Where possible, use the original packaging. Minor wear from normal handling is acceptable and will not affect your refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email info@sagaframes.com with the subject line “Return + Order #”. Our support team will send you instructions.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued within three to five business days after your return has been scanned by the carrier. Refunds are always made to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship your replacement as soon as your return is marked in transit — no need to wait until the return has been fully processed.
Two-Year No-Break Coverage
Every bundle includes a two-year warranty. If your frame develops a defect or fails under normal use within twenty-four months, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Accidental Damage Support
We offer one free replacement within the first twelve months for accidental damage. Whether the frame is dropped, cracked, or knocked over, you are covered. Send us a quick photo along with your order number, and we’ll ship a replacement as soon as the damaged unit has been handed to the carrier.
DOA or Damaged in Transit
If your frame arrives defective or damaged, please send us a photo of both the frame and the shipping package within seven days of delivery. We will ship a replacement within twenty-four hours.

The frame requires a one-time setup. After this, photos and videos sent by family appear automatically. Setup instructions and a demo video are provided, and the process takes under five minutes.
Sending Media
Photos and videos can be sent using the free Frameo app or loaded offline via SD card. Both options are supported, and no cloud connection is required if you prefer to use only SD cards.
Privacy
Only invited users can send photos or videos to the frame. Content is private by default, and Saga has no access to your media.
Storage
Each frame includes 32GB of internal storage, which typically holds between 4,000 and 22,000 images depending on file size and quality. Storage can be expanded with an external SD card.
Video
The frame supports playback of short video clips, with or without sound.
Connectivity
The frame can be used with or without Wi-Fi. With Wi-Fi enabled, new photos and videos arrive automatically. Without Wi-Fi, media can be preloaded during setup or added later via SD card.
Power and Scheduling
The frame must remain plugged in for use. A daily on/off schedule can be set, for example to keep the frame on during the day and off at night.
Subscription
No subscription is required. The Frameo app is free, and there are no ongoing fees.
